Our Reconciliation Action Plan
The Dolphins, as one of Queensland's leading sporting teams, are committed to playing our role in the journey towards reconciliation in Australia.
Reconciliation is about strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous peoples, for the benefit of all Australians.
We are currently developing a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), which provides organisations with a structured approach to advanced reconciliation.
In line with Reconciliation Australia's framework, we are working around the core pillars of relationships, respect, and opportunities to provide tangible and substantive benefits to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We are currently in the first stage of our Reconciliation Action Plan, known as a Reflect RAP, in which we will outline the steps required to prepare our club for reconciliation initiatives in successive RAP stages.
Please contact our community team below to learn more about our RAP process.

The Dolphins respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
