Dolphins coach Kristian Woolf says his side is ready to bounce back in Saturday’s XXXX Derby against the Titans as they prepare to travel down the M1.

In the face of early challenges, Woolf is honest about how his side is travelling but is optimistic in their ability to bounce back.

"If you look at us defensively last week, we did a really good job for long periods,” Woolf said during his media press conference today.

“But when we have our lapses, they tend to hurt us, we just put ourselves under too much pressure.

"But our guys have turned up every Monday with honesty and a smile.

“There hasn’t been a game yet where we haven’t competed right till the end.

“That says to me that we're going to turn it around sooner rather than later."

Meanwhile, the Titans come into the game full of confidence, particularly with their playmakers stepping up and captain Tino Fa'asuamaleaui back in the lineup.

“Their six and seven in particular are both playing well, and obviously, Tino back is a big in for them.

“When you're playing with confidence, you tend to defend well, and you tend to have confidence in what you're doing with the ball as well."

Woolf remains confident in his squad's ability to turn things around as the team focuses on cleaning up errors and maintaining consistency throughout the full 80 minutes.
