Charged: Donoghoe fined for dangerous contact

Dolphins’ utility Kurt Donoghoe has avoided suspension after being handed a grade 1 dangerous contact charge following his involvement in a tackle in the 70th minute of the Dolphins round 1 loss.

The incident, which occurred against Rabbitohs forward Jai Arrow, carries only a fine that can be reduced upon an early guilty plea.

Despite being Donoghoe’s second offence, the Fijian international will not miss any game time from the incident and is expecting to line up this Thursday against his former club, the Knights.
