Daniel Saifiti has been cleared to play in round one while Jack Bostock will miss the early rounds of the 2025 NRL season after both had scans today.
Saifiti was cleared of any damage to his hamstring and will make his debut for the Dolphins when they face the Rabbitohs at Suncorp Stadium on Friday March 7.
Match: Rabbitohs v Dolphins
Round 1 -
home Team
Rabbitohs
8th Position
away Team
Dolphins
10th Position
Venue: CommBank Stadium, Sydney
Bostock however has minor knee damage and will miss the first two rounds of the premiership.
Both came from the field in the final trial against the Titans at Kayo Stadium on Saturday night.
"Daniel only came off as a precaution and it is fair to say we didn't risk him because it was only a trial match," said Dolphins' Head of Performance Jeremy Hickmans.
"The injury has settled down nicely and he will aim to train fully next week to get ready to play the Rabbitohs.
"Jack has a low-grade medial ligament injury that will require a few weeks of rehabilitation, so we expect him to miss the first two games."
