The Dolphins hosted a two-day education and knowledge-sharing event for Head Coaches and Strength & Conditioning Coaches from Hostplus Cup affiliate Clubs.
Participants included representatives from the Redcliffe Dolphins, Norths Devils, Central Queensland Capras, and junior representative staff.
The initiative was a collaborative effort aimed at fostering stronger relationships with affiliate clubs while providing valuable resources and insights to support their preparations for the 2025 season.
Across the two days, sessions were conducted by members of the Dolphins organisation, including Dolphins CEO, Terry Reader and assistant coaches Nathan Fien and Rory Kostjasyn.
“The collaboration served as an opportunity for open dialogue, allowing for the exchange of ideas and to learn from one another”, said Dolphins Game Development Manager Shane Morris.
“Events like these are vital to ensuring a unified approach to nurturing talent and achieving success across all levels of the game.”
