Injury Update: Fuller's ACL rupture confirmed

Scans have confirmed that Trai Fuller suffered a full rupture of his ACL playing for the Redcliffe Dolphins on Saturday.

Fuller will see a surgeon next week and be booked in for surgery, ruling him out of the Hostplus Cup Grand Final against the Norths Devils at Kayo Stadium on Sunday.

"Regrettably the scans showed the injury was exactly what it looked like when he did it," said Dolphins NRL's Head of Performance Jeremy Hickmans.

"He will be operated on soon and that recovery will be extensive, but we will be aiming to have him back on the field midway through 2025."

Fuller played 11 NRL matches for the Dolphins this season, scoring four tries and making eight line breaks.

He signed a new two-year deal that will keep him in the Dolphins' NRL squad until at least the end of the 2026 season.
