50-50 Charity Raffle - Round 23 Update

At the Dolphins round 21 match at Suncorp Stadium, the 5050 Charity Raffle reached $28,601, with the winning Dolphins fan taking home just over $14,000.

The 5050 Charity Raffle partner for the game was Mates4Mates, who provide comprehensive support for all current and ex-serving Australian Defence Force members with service-related injuries and their families.

Andrew, the winning ticket holder, was in “disbelief” when he received the call to let him know he had won. “I called back the lady at 50-50 to confirm I did, in fact, win and wasn’t being pranked by my mates”, said Andrew.

With a moment of generosity when he won, Andrew also went on to say that he would be donating a portion of his winnings back to Mates4Mates.

Looking forward to the Dolphins' round 23 match against the Warriors at Suncorp Stadium, the Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital Foundation will be the game-day charity partner.

The RBWH Foundation is the charity that supports Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital and other prestigious research Institutes and Centres at the Herston Health Precinct, helping to fund life-saving research and advances in patient care.

With the mission of advancing patient care and life-saving research, the RBWH Foundation supports health workers, creates opportunities for young minds to research key medical areas and improves patient outcomes.

As a Dolphins charity partner in 2024, the RBWH Foundation has invited players to attend events, meet staff and patients and network with RBWH Foundation staff to see their impact on the community.

This includes Isaiya Katoa and Trai Fuller visiting patients in the Surgical Day Care Unit and Tom Gilbert, who is an RBWH Foundation ambassador, attended the RBWH Foundation Giving Day.

To support the RBWH Foundation and for your chance to win the round 23 5050 Charity Raffle, buy your tickets at the game or online here.
