Dolphins winger Jamayne Isaako has failed to finish the match against the Roosters in Perth, clutching his ankle as he left the field.

Isaako's leg was hit by an opposing player as the Dolphins were on the attack forcing him from the field.

Earlier in the day prop Tevita Pangai Jr (hamstring) and five-eighth Kodi Nikorima (illness) were late withdrawals from the match.
