Charged: Donoghoe facing sideline stint

Dolphins utility Kurt Donoghoe is facing two weeks on the sideline after being charged with a grade two careless high tackle against the Wests Tigers.

An early guilty plea will see Donoghoe miss the next two Dolphins games and won't be available round eight.

Donoghoe's 42nd minute tackle on Samuela Fainu is his second offence this year after a similar charge against the Titans in the Pre-Season Challenge.

The Dolphins and Donoghoe will now decide whether to take the early guilty plea or contest the charge in the coming days.

More to come.
