The Dolphins will honour the armed forces of both Australia and New Zealand today when they wear their ANZAC Round jersey in their match against the Warriors.
The game will be the first time the Dolphins have played in New Zealand.
And the wonderful work that is done for veterans by RSL Queensland will also be highlighted with the Dolphins displaying the charity’s logo on their jersey.
For over 100 years, RSL Queensland has been working tirelessly to provide care, commemoration and comraderie to enable veterans and their families to live life with dignity and respect.

The Dolphins will shine a light on those efforts, with RSL Queensland to take over the top back sponsorship panel of the ANZAZ Round jersey that will be worn in the game today in Auckland.
Dolphins’ chief executive Terry Reader said it was an apt tribute to the work RSL Queensland do, and the wider relationship between the two countries.
We thought it only fitting to wear the Anzac Round jersey in our first ever match in New Zealand.

“Australia and New Zealand have such a bond through the ANZAC experience, and we think this is a great way to honour that.
“That we are also able top promote RSL Queensland and the wonderful work they do for veterans is also a great opportunity for the Dolphins.”
RSL Queensland Deputy CEO – Veteran Services Troy Watson said he was looking forward to seeing the team re-wear their ANZAC Round jersey this weekend and acknowledge all who have served.
“We’re honoured that the Dolphins are committed to continuing their support of RSL Queensland and all service members, past and present, and look forward to seeing the team don the commemorative jersey with pride again this weekend," Mr Watson said.
