Dolphins' home jersey revealed on Grand Final stage
The Dolphins have taken centre stage at the NRL Grand Final as the new club’s debut home jersey was released to the world for the first time.
Featuring the club’s vibrant new red, gold and white colours, a giant replica of the 2023 home playing strip was unveiled just prior to kick-off.
It was a huge moment for the club’s fans, who will have their own team representing a footprint from Brisbane all the way through to Central Queensland in the NRL in 2023.
The home jerseys have been released for purchase through the club’s Classic Teamstore website.
The jersey unveiling continues a huge build up for the club that will begin pre-season training next month.
Dolphins’ fans will notice the new strip showcased during today’s launch featured a full slate of major partners that have signed on to back the club in its inaugural NRL season.
Joining previously-announced partners Adventure Kings, BlueBet and Budget Direct are The Cove and Foxi Invest, which take key positions on the sternum and lower-back positions of the jersey.
Foxi group of companies and Foxi Capital is a Fund Management company that specialises in alternative asset investments. Their vision is to provide retail investors the opportunity to invest into institutional investments previously only available to funds and sophisticated investors. “Foxi Invest” is one brand that helps open these opportunities. “The Cove” is another emerging brand powered by Foxi in the property development sector.
In addition, the NRL team’s playing shorts will feature the brands of player protection platform OK2Play? and global sponsorship heavyweight KFC.
The new sponsors unveiled today complete a suite of partnerships that rival any club in the NRL, and is another reason for the Dolphins to celebrate today’s jersey release.
“It was an exciting moment to have the 2023 Dolphins home jersey unveiled at the NRL Grand Final,” said Dolphins’ chief executive Terry Reader.
“This has been the culmination of 75 years of history for the Dolphins club and a lot of hard work in the past year building a club that is primed to enter the NRL.
“We thank all of our commercial partners for their faith in backing us in our debut season, and are excited for our members and fans as they look towards our first game in March next year.”
