Autographs and Donations
The Dolphins wish to support and fulfil as many requests as possible from not-for-profit, charity, community, schools, individuals, and sporting organisations. The club receives a high demand of requests and unfortunately cannot assist every person or group with their requests.
Please refer to the guidelines and process below if you or your organisation are interested in autographs and donations from the Dolphins.
Autographs
- Personal requests for signed memorabilia will not be fulfilled.
- Multiple signing requests will not be available for any one person at one time.
- Encourage members and supporters to attend open training sessions where players may be available for autograph signings once training is completed.
- It is not guaranteed to receive desired signatures and other pre-engaged commitments may affect the availability of autographs.
Donations
- 6-week submission before the desired date.
- Must complete request form including the nature of the request.
- Organisations and the individual’s relationship involved with rugby league will be considered.
- Organisation's requests to include company details on a company letterhead.
- Donations are limited to one organisation per year.
- Not-for-profit organisation fundraisers are required to verify the authenticity of the event.
- Fundraising requests advise where proceeds are going.
- Monetary donations and sponsorship will not be accepted.
